PMI Paintball has been around for a very long time, and they are one of the oldest paintball companies.

They are still around now and are responsible for some of the most well-known paintball guns such as Piranha paintball guns and some other army tactical paintball guns.

It is often said that they rival companies like Tippman, but different people have their own judgments about which company is better. Some may sway more towards Tippman and some may sway more towards PMI. Neither one of them is really “better” than the other, as they are both different.

As for the weapon types PMI Paintball offers, you can find many offered by them. By far, the most popular ones are the fully automatic guns (such as the Piranha series) and semi-automatics. Depending on the game you are playing and how well you can fire your gun, each of these is both good and bad.

They can be seen as being good for both new and experienced players in terms of their quality, without feeling like expert-level weapons regarding prices. This is probably one of the biggest reasons PMI is so successful in the field of paintball even after all of these years.
